The Partnership for Working Families' Los Angeles Airport CBA Campaign

The city planning and development process is extremely powerful, which can create gentrification and economic inequality, or provide needed services, affordable housing and job opportunities. Four organizations from different regions of California created the Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) strategy with the goal of turning the paradigm on its head and using economic deveopment projects and policies to benefit rather than harm low-income communities of color.  Click here for more on the Partnership for Working Families>>
